Objective of the Game:
Move the ball down the field and score points by reaching the end zone (touchdown) or kicking a field goal. The team with the most points at the end of the game wins.
Basic Rules:
- Game length: 4 quarters of 15 minutes (NFL), with a halftime break.
- Players on the field: 11 per team.
- The game is played on a 100-yard field, with two 10-yard end zones.
- The offensive team has 4 downs (tries) to gain 10 yards.
- If they succeed, they get another set of 4 downs.
- If they fail, the ball is turned over to the other team.
